Website Rebuilds
For a site that technically exists but isn't doing anything for the business anymore.
A rebuild starts with an honest look at what the current site does and doesn't accomplish. That's not a courtesy step — it's how we avoid rebuilding the parts that already work and wasting budget re-solving a problem that isn't actually there.
From there, content moves over with better structure and clearer writing, not a straight copy-paste into a new template. Anything that's currently earning search visibility gets a redirect plan so that visibility isn't lost in the switch — a rebuild that quietly tanks your rankings for six months isn't a win, no matter how much better it looks.
Performance, accessibility, and mobile behaviour get rebuilt properly rather than patched. A site that takes eight seconds to load on a phone loses visitors before they ever see the design work, so that gets fixed at the foundation, not sprinkled on at the end as an afterthought.
If three specific fixes would solve the actual problem instead of a full rebuild, that's what gets recommended — even though it's the smaller project. Telling you that a rebuild isn't necessary costs us a bigger invoice. We'd still rather be the business you trust the next time something actually is broken.
Old sites carry old decisions: outdated service names, a navigation structure built around a business that's since changed, copy written for a customer you no longer target. Part of a rebuild is deciding what's worth keeping and what's just been sitting there because nobody got around to changing it.
