Fulfillment Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

At Tandem Solutions, we deliver custom websites built around the needs of each client. This Fulfillment Policy sets out the terms and process by which our services are provided.

Project timeline

  • Work on the custom website begins once payment is received and the client has provided the necessary information.
  • The standard timeframe for delivering the completed website is 45 days, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. This timeline depends on the client submitting all required content, feedback and approvals on time.
  • Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the delivery time. Tandem Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

Fulfillment process

During development, we provide regular updates and ask for client feedback at several stages, including design previews and functionality reviews.

On completion, the final product is delivered by one of the following methods, as agreed with the client:

  • Deployment of the website on the client's specified hosting platform.
  • Provision of all website files and assets to the client.

Client responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all required materials, such as text, images, logos and any other necessary content, in a timely manner.
  • Failure to provide these materials as requested may cause project delays, for which Tandem Solutions will not be held liable.

Delays

  • While we aim to meet all project deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, the client will be informed promptly and given a revised estimated completion date.
  • Tandem Solutions is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers (such as hosting platforms) or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Completion of services

  • The project is considered complete once the final website has been delivered and any revisions outlined in the project agreement have been made.
  • At that point, Tandem Solutions' obligations under the project agreement are fulfilled.

Limitation of liability

  • Tandem Solutions shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising from the use or performance of the website, delivery delays, or failure of the website to meet expectations, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  • This Fulfillment Policy and any associated agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
